5000kva RL load bank protection functions:
--Emergency stop: you can press the Emergency Stop switch in the panel, when the load bank is locked in this state, it cannot add any load.  
--Over voltage protection: when input voltage is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.
--Short circuit protection: when short circuit, fuses in the load bank can insure to unload automatically.
--Overheating protection: when temperature is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.
--Smoke protection:When the smoke alarm in the chassis detects smoke, it automatically uninstalls and gives an audible and visual alarm.
--Fan interlock protection: load bank cannot add any load when working power of fan is off.
--Fan air volume protection: When the air volume of any fan is insufficient, it is automatically unloaded and the audible and visual alarm prompts.
--Fan thermal overload protection: When the cooling fan is thermally overloaded, it will automatically unload and sound and light alarm.
--Phase sequence protection of fans: 3phase fans still running although there is a wrong phase connect of control power.
--Control room door status alarm:When the remote operation or intelligent operation, the operation room door is not closed during the loading test, the corresponding warning light is on, and the host sound and light alarm prompts.
--Maintenance room door status alarm: when the chassis maintenance room door is open, the load cannot be loaded, the corresponding warning light is on, and the sound and light alarm prompt of the main engine.
--Control unit pre-heating protection:The load cabinet is installed with a temperature and humidity detection device. When the ambient humidity is high or the temperature is low, the device automatically heats or dehumidifies the environment to keep the control devices in the load cabinet dry and at an appropriate temperature.
--Protection Buttons: There are buttons for some protection, when misinformation occurs or user has special needs, user can temporarily turn off the corresponding protection function.
--Chassis Ground Protection: in order to avoid the danger of electric shock when operating, the load bank is equipped with special ground protection terminal.
