According to the schematic diagram of the primary side of the system provided by the project to understand the field principle and set up a self-provided power station for the generator set to supply power to the port crane. The system should be able to detect the load capacity of the generator, and can solve the problem of the inverse work of the port crane on the generator.
Working mode 1: The load bank with generator load test function, which can verify the initial inspection of the generator performance after the completion of the project and the periodic load maintenance of the generator in the later period.
Working mode 2: Without the support of a large power grid, the following problems exist in the operation of the isolated grid: the capacity of the port crane accounts for a relatively large part of the power generation capacity. It seriously affects the safety of the isolated network and the life of the unit; once the unit fails, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the port work.
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the operation of the isolated power grid, Hebei Kaixiang Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. has proposed this dummy load bank system, which is used to solve the problem of the reverse power impact of the energy feeding equipment in the self-provided power plant on the generator.
2.1 Control Purpose
The control objective of this scheme is: when the self-provided power plant is separated from the support of the large power grid, it absorbs the energy feedback of the bus during the descent of the cargo due to the crane, avoids the unit's reverse power shutdown, enables the self-owned power plant to operate safely and stably, and improves The life of the equipment. And can automatically complete the generator load capacity test.
2.2 Control ideas
For the power generation-electricity system, when the reverse load of the electrical load occurs, it is first absorbed by the generator, and its response speed is faster, but due to the limited mechanical inertia and adjustment ability of the generator, it can only withstand the generator 10% of the rated power, and the time should not exceed three seconds. When the system detects the occurrence of reverse power, it will actively turn on the anti-reverse power load to absorb the excess energy of the bus, and the action response time is less
than 0.6s. So as to avoid generator failure and shutdown caused by reverse power.
The generator on-load test is designed according to the national standard stipulation process, and will not be described here.
