Product Description

2.3 Test Function

(1) Steady-state Test: load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and running time.
(2) Setting Test: acquisition the max and min setting value of voltage and frequency, calculate the relative setting up and down range of voltage and frequency, adjustment rate within 100 seconds setting time.
(3) Fluctuation Test: catch the max and min fluctuating value of voltage and frequency, and calculate steady-state frequency band, steady-state voltage deviation, voltage modulation, fluctuation rate and frequency in 60 seconds fluctuation time.
(4) Transient Test(Instant Load Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and recovery time of voltage, current, and frequency, and calculate instant load transient voltage deviation and instant load transient frequency deviation.
(5) Transient Test(Instant Unload Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and recovery time of voltage, current and frequency,  and calculate instant unload transient voltage deviation and instant unload transient frequency deviation.
(6) Harmonic Analysis: Analysis 2~50 harmonic content and total harmonic content in voltage and current at same time.
(7) Record Wave Analysis: 5 patterns for recording voltage real-time waveform, and the record time is 4~280 seconds, and accurately sampling at 128 points in a wave cycle at most.

 

2.4 Control and Display

(1) Control mode: user can choose local control, remote control or intelligent control (PC control)
(2) Local control:The load bank is equipped with a local panel, including power-on instructions, fan operation instructions, loading instructions, fault instructions, and emergency stop. You can select the control mode, internal and external working power through other selection switches, the touch screen displays data (three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, temperature) and control power gear, touch screen data U disk can be exported via USB for viewing by computer.
(3) Remote control:Load bank can be controlled by remote handheld control box.
(4) Intelligent control: user can control load bank by data processing software of PC to make automatic load/unload, display, record and manager the test data, form curve, graph, also can be printed.
(5) Control mode interlock: there is switch in control panel to choose control mode, other control mode is invalid if user choose one control mode.
(6) One-touch load increase and decrease: No matter when using manual switch or software control, you can set the power value first, and then start the total load switch, the load bank will be loaded according to the preset value, thereby avoiding load fluctuation during power adjustment.
(7) Local meter display data: 3 phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency etc.
(8) Load bank temperature detection function: the temperature of the air outlet in the load bank power consumption component warehouse can be displayed through the temperature meter (the meter is not placed on the panel).
(9) Phase loss test function: During the user phase loss protection function test, the disassembly of the fuse with a base with an additional high current is completed, and the fuses of each gear level are retained.
