The load bank includes 3 sets of 20'FT container type load banks, the steps are 4MW (500kW+500kW+1000kW+2000kW),4MW and 4MW. Each step connect outgoing copper bar to connect customer's high voltage cable. Alarm signal and fan control are outgoing by dry touch point terminal block.

1.Loading test: User could load any power within rated power to test the output capabilites of generator set.
2.Control mode: Copper bars are reserved, user can control through the switch.
3.Fan start: Dry touch point terminal block are reserved, the loading signal will be given before loading to dissipation heating in time.
4.Temperature protection: When load bank temperature is over threshold limited values, it alarms and notify customer through dry touch point.
5.Fan Protection: If insufficient air volume occurs, system will alarm automatically andnotify customer through dry touch point.
6.If any fan can't work in good condition, it alarms and notify customer through dry touch point.
7.When control power cable in wrong connections, 3 phase fans can also work in good conditions.
8.Protection button: there are some protection buttons can be switched off when false alarm or for special requirements.
