1.Intelligent Battery Discharge Tester Introduction
Intelligent Battery Discharge Tester is the instrument that can maintain and test capacity of battery, DC power and
UPS backup battery. After setting parameter, it can achieve capacity test to battery and load capacity test to DC. It solves the problem of large capacity data storage due to adopting standard USB interface, of which data can be read with U disk. Data processing software kit can realtime gain the running status and parameter of discharger and form, display, print,
all kinds of chart that is of powerful online monitor and analysis process function. Battery and DC capability can be seen clearly.
2.Intelligent Battery Discharge Tester Main Features
1).Display:LCD display all parameters and test datas in real-time with English menu.Display testing datas:voltage,current,
capacity,dischargeing time,temperature,etc.
2).Control parttern:Control by MCU (Micro-Controller Unit),keyboard set the whole battery set protective voltage,
current,capacity,discharging time,etc.
3).Automatic stop:It can stop testing automatically meet following conditions: test time out, testing capacity out and
protective voltage out.
4).Protection:Perfect automatic protection and alarm function:When high temperature,opposing connection,automatic
protection power-off and sending alarm sound.
5).Real-time monitor function:Display real-time all setting parameter (for example voltage, current and time,etc.)
6).Record query:Discharger can save 8 sets of discharging data;users can check record according to needs.
7).Data saving:Testing data can be transferred or uploaded to PC through USB or RS232 interface.
8).Data processing:It will form all kinds of chart, graph after background processing.Graph can be printed.
9).PC control:By PC to control starting, stopping and pausing discharging, set and correct discharging parameter.
10).It can parallel connect more than 2 same type machines, each machine operates separately and easy control.
11).Discharger can correct the displayed voltage and current, especially the group voltage and current.
12).Power-consuming is special alloy resistor with small temperature drift,patent technology design,high power density,
safe.
13).Extended function:Operate together with Online Battery Set Parameters Monitor produced by our company,can test
the cell voltage, analyze battery internal resistance and RemCap (remaining capacity), test the disabled battery exactly even more and ensure the reliability of battery.
