This unit specially designed for data center, it's safe, reliable, small volume and can simulate the on-site server load. Heating element designed by special alloy resistance. In the medium and small power heating occasions, the alloy resistance element has the advantages of small temperature drift, long service life and high precision.

2. Rack Mounted Load Bank 4KW Main Functions 

(1) Load Test: User can load any power within rated power, and test the output capacity of under test power supply.

(2) Control Mode: The laod bank is with 1 gear switch and 1 fan switch, can control loading/unloading after starting the fan.

(3) Fan Power Supply: Fan is installed near the air outlet, and powered on A/N phase. At first, connecting to power supply, turn on the fan switch, the fan can be started, then can load/unload through the gear switch. Don't to load before fan started.

(4) Temperature Protection: There will be sound and light alarm when the load bank temperature exceeds the safety threshold value. 

(5) Load bank Cable: The internal cable adopts multi core flame retardant flexible cord, and with glass fiber casing protection

 

3. Rack Mounted Load Bank 4KW Operation Caution

 

The load bank is with 1 gear switch and 1 fan switch. At first, turn on the fan switch to start up, then can load/unload through the gear switch after the fan work normally, Max power is 3.6kW. Please keep the fan switch is in the open state when operating. If overheat alarm, please turn off the power switch and then check the equipment problem.
