 Measuring Control Function

 

--Load bank testing: User could load any power within rated power, can test stable state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, running time of generating set.

--One-key load/unload: Whether load/unload by local control panel or by PC software control, user can pre-set the power then press the master load button.

-- Control mode: user can choose local control or intelligent control (PC control)

-- Local manual control: there is local control panel in load bank, with multi load steps, min load steps 1kW, controlled by buttons.

-- Intelligent control: user can control load bank by data processing software of PC to make automatic load/unload, display, record and manager the test data, form curve, graph and can be printed.

-- Control mode interlock: there is switch in control panel to choose control mode, other control mode is invalid if user choose one control mode.

--Local meter display data: Local meter can display three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, etc.

 

Software Function

 

--Communication Mode: using photoelectric isolated RS485 communication serial port connect to PC, and with great anti-interference performance to make system control stable. Through converts like USB or RS232 realize communication protocol conversion.

--Load Mode: steady-state load (manual load, preset load and automatic load) and transient state load ( instant load and instant unload ).

--Manual Load: input power and power factor, and load according to the preset value.

--Automatic Load: set several load stages and duration, then complete the process according this stages automatically. Pause at any time or start to next stage in the load process.

--Parallel Test: several load banks work in parallel, the parallel test via software. Parameters of each set can be displayed in each meter and total parameter values can be displayed and recorded.

--Real-time Monitor: through software display main parameter value, such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and time.

--Safety monitoring: User can know the working conditions of load bank through software indicating light. When in abnormal stop protection, software will indicate the reasons of stopping.

--Data Collection Interval: the minimum steady-state data resolving time is 2 seconds.

--Data saving and in query: testing data could be saved in software, user can query at any time.

--Graphical display: show real-time or history testing data, and support to print curve and graph as follows:

1) Graphs of real-time voltage, current, frequency and power; 2) Voltage graph

3) Current graph; 4) Power graph; 5) Frequency graph; 6) Power factor graph

--Data format:charts and graphs are output in format of JPG while testing data output in Excel format, and all can be printed.

Protection

 

--Emergency stop: you can press the Emergency Stop switch in the panel, when the load bank is locked in this state, it cannot add any load

--Overvoltage protection: when input voltage is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.

--Short circuit protection: when short circuit, fuses in the load bank can insure to unload automatically.

--Overheating protection: when temperature is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.

--Fan interlock protection: load bank cannot add any load when working power of fan is

--Overload Protection With Fan: when any fan cannot normally work, the load bank can unload automatically and give an alarm.

--Phase sequence protection of fans: When control power cable in wrong connections, 3 phase fans can also work in good conditions.

--Protection Buttons: There are buttons for some protection, when misinformation occurs or user has special needs, user can temporarily turn off the corresponding protection function.

--Chassis Ground Protection: in order to avoid the danger of electric shock when operating, the load bank is equipped with special ground protection terminal.
