This machine is mainly used in State Grid, Research Institute, National Defense, Electricity, Communication, Railway, Instrument, College, etc to test performance and aging of diesel generator sets, on-line high power UPS, inverter, switching power supply. It has several control modes, single unit operation and parallel operation is available. Loading input adopts sectional type to meet the requirement of different loads and power factors.

(1)Load Testing: can load any power within the rated power, test the output capacity of the generator set.
(2)Control Mode: Load Bank have been set the load steps. User can be loaded/unloaded by the local control panel or genset controller. Generator will be connected with the load bank through working cables. Once the load bank faults, the genset controller will received the alarm.
(3)Display Data: through this display meter user see the load voltage, Ampere, Power etc data.
(4) Emergency Stop: User can press the Emergency Stop switch in the panel, when the load bank is locked in this state, it cannot add any load.
(5)Over-voltage Protection: when input voltage is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.
(6) Short Circuit Protection: when short circuit, fuses in the load bank can insure to unload automatically.
(7)Overheating Protection: when temperature is over the safe value, it can unload automatically and give an alarm.
(8)Fan Interlock Protection: load bank cannot add any load when working power of fan is off.
(9)Protection Switch: Partial protect function with switch, protection function can be shutdown when misinformation or special requirement.
