Product Description

Dry-type Load Bank,The machine can test output power and load capacity of generator. Load cabinet power input with sub-type, be remotely controlled and extremely easy to use. Load bank use energy method, air forced cooling, the fan with three-phase fan air dispersion, so that machine noise is reduced greatly.
Test Function
(1) Steady-state Test: Power can be loaded within a predetermined value, and is able to test and real-time display the power source voltage, current, power factor, frequency, time, reactive power, active power, apparent power, temperature resistance, resistance load rate of change, the rate of change of the load reactance and the reactor phase imbalance and other real-time, In addition storage, data output. Transient and historical data can be displayed.
(2) Setting Test: Capture voltage, frequency setting maximum, minimum, and calculate the relative voltage, frequency up, down range and regulation.
(3) Fluctuation Test: Capture voltage, frequency setting maximum, minimum, and calculate the steady-state frequency band, the steady-state voltage deviation, voltage modulation, volatility and frequency.
(4) Sudden test: Capture transient voltage, current, frequency, maximum, minimum, and recovery time when the load mutation. Calculate the transient voltage deviation sudden and transient frequency difference.

Intelligent Loading
(1) Communication: Intelligent control the use of opto-isolated RS485 communication port connecting the PC. You can also use the USB or RS232 communications port.
(2) Loading: Steady-state load (manual loading, pre-loaded, automatic loading); transient load (sudden unload).
(3) Manually load: input power and power factor, which is loaded by the specified value.
(4) Pre-loaded: Enter the generator set parameters, you can select 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100-110% preset ratios, etc., automatically calculate the appropriate power for fast loading.
(5) Automatically load: You can set multiple stages of power load test time long, automatic test phase. The loading process can pause, or skip to the next stage.
(6) Step Load: In steady-state loading process, the load will gradually increase or decrease, a smooth transition to the target power, avoid unplanned sudden load unload, step interval values can be set free.
(7) Power Compensation: You can enter the resistance through software to compensate for line material, length and other causes of power loss.
(8) Parallel Machine Test: multiple load and machine can be tested, and the machine is running, you can display and record the parameters of each station loads, also display, record the total system after paralleling machine.
(9) Automatically: load and subtraction and addition and subtraction operations manual, can be set to load and run the program according to user needs.
Data Management
(1) Real-time Monitor: Software display main parameter value, such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and time.
(2) Data Collection Interval: the minimum steady-state data resolving time is 1 second, and the minimum transient data resolving time is 40μs.
(3) Stable Data Comparison: the max value and min value of all the parameters in steady-state test is listed in software interface, which is convenient for user to compare.

Machine Function
(1) Protection: loss of pressure, over-voltage protection, short circuit, over current protection, thermal protection, smoke protection, fan flow protection, insulation monitoring, emergency stop.
(2) Emergency Stop: a key to force uninstall manually under any control on-site emergency stop buttons are priority control, stop locked state can not be loaded.
(3) Temperature Protection: device is equipped with a temperature sensor, the event will appear outlet over temperature fault indication, the fault indication is issued, as the temperature continues to rise to a preset temperature corresponding to the load is automatically unloaded, does not affect the normal use of other loads.

(5) Security Monitoring: Equipment with perfect protection and alarm detection systems, each alarm and current working status can be displayed through the sly operating room, or by remote control display, intuitive monitoring of load conditions, abnormal shutdown protection, suggesting causes of downtime.
(6) Status Display: All interlock function, power switching status, control status, etc. should be equipped with the appropriate status indicator.
