1.Intelligent DC Battery Testing Load Bank Introduction
This unit integrates discharging, single cell test and online monitoring. It decreases the cost of company and the work intensity of maintainer; provide a comprehensive and scientific testing solution for battery and UPS power supply maintenances.It is made with new designed powerconsuming components and new patents.
It can online display,test, record voltage of single cell or battery group. Data will be stored and transferred to PC. The unit is with large screen, menu in Chinese, easy to operate, high intelligence. Voltage, current, time, capacity can be set. The test and monitoring can be automatically made. After discharging, data can be uploaded to PC orcopied to U-disk by communication interface. Kinds of curves or charts will be generated by our data
processing software, thus provide a scientific evidence for battery performance analysis.
 2.Intelligent DC Battery Testing Load Bank Main Features
1)Display mode: LCD display, English menu prompt, real-time display all test data: Whole group battery voltage, 
battery cell voltage, current, capacity, time, inner temperature etc.
2)Control mode: Singlechip control, setting by keyboard the group battery voltage, discharge current, discharge capacity, discharge time etc.
3)Fast capacity analysis function: can estimate the battery residual capacity by 5 minutes discharge.
4)Auto stop functions: It will auto stop discharge when meet any of the following conditions:Time out, capacity out,battery cell protection voltage out, group battery protection voltage out.
5)Auto alarming functions: It will give a alarm when meet high temperature or battery group connection wire is break off. 
6)Real time monitoring functions: real time display and control each setting parameters(such as the battery group voltage, battery cell voltage, current, time, capacity and temperature etc) 
7)Record query functions: The machine can reserve 8 groups discharge data(each time 10 hours), the user can 
query according to requirement.
8)Data transfer functions: It equips with standard USB interface and RS232 interface. After finish discharge, the data can be transfer to U disk or connect to PC through RS232 interface.
9)Data processing functions: Discharging data can be processed by software, then generate all kind of curves and chart and support to print.
10)Computer remote functions: The discharging parameters can be set and revised by PC; And the PC can control the start and stop of the discharge.
11)Calibration correction functions of voltage, current value: can calibrate and correction of the battery group total voltage, battery cell voltage, current. 
12)The power consumption components adopt special alloy resistor, high power density, no naked flight, safe and reliable, long service life.

 3.Intelligent DC Battery Testing Load Bank Data Processing Software 
The data processing software can analysis and processing the discharge information, then generate battery cell 
curve graph, current curve graph, voltage curve graph, battery cell bar graph, capacity analysis graph, feature
comparison graph, test data, and can output to Html, Excel and Word, forming test reports, and support to print. Can compute the battery internal resistance, analysis the residual capacity.
