1. Product Introduction
RLC Loadbank 660KVA, AC 400V Containerised RLC Load Bank for Outdoor Introduction
The system is a self-developed device used for electricity load testing by Kaixiang Technology.
It perfectly combines the dry type load module and measurement and control module, precisely test output power and load performance of kinds of generator set, and realize setting, fluctuation, instant load, instant unload, record wave analysis,
and harmonic wave analysis, so to finish all the static parameters and dynamic parameters testing.
Measuring Feature
Steady-state Test: load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power,
reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and running time.
Setting Test: can catch the max and min setting value of voltage and frequency, and calculate the relative setting up and
down range of voltage and frequency and adjustment rate within 100 seconds setting time.
Fluctuation Test: catch the max and min fluctuating value of voltage and frequency, and calculate steady-state frequency
band, steady-state voltage deviation, voltage modulation, fluctuation rate and frequency in 60 seconds fluctuation time.
Transient Test (Instant Load Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and
recovery time of voltage, current, and frequency, and calculate instant load transient voltage deviation and instant load
transient frequency deviation.
Transient Test (Instant Unload Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and
recovery time of voltage, current and frequency, and calculate instant unload transient voltage deviation and instant
unload transient frequency deviation.
Harmonic Analysis: It can analysis 2~50 harmonic content and total harmonic content in voltage and current at same
time.
Record Wave Analysis: 5 patterns for recording voltage real-time waveform, and the record time is 4~ 280 seconds
and accurately sampling at 128 points in a wave cycle at most.
